hi. i’m erin.

I was raised in Louisville, Kentucky, where I now live with my dog and queer family in a big turquoise house. Like many southerners, I grew up with a love for shared meals, music sung in fellowship, pies made from the garden, and a close relationship to earth. My work is rooted in building a world where everyone can access these simple pleasures. In 2017, I co-founded Sunrise, a youth movement that launched the Green New Deal. I served as our Fundraising Director, COO, and Kentucky Political Director and helped our movement raise and spend over $30 million. Seeing the lack of leadership support and resources for movement infrastructure, I launched Hollerin' Up.

An organizer at heart, I believe relationships are the backbone of any good campaign.

For non-profits and polticial operations: I offer hands-on fundraising support, executive coaching, and conflict resolution and team facilitation. I’ll help your team build the skills, confidence, and strategies to maintain strong relationships with each other and with your donors of all backgrounds. In my two years of business, I’ve supported my clients to bridge large financial gaps, manage multi-million dollar budgets across all streams of giving, and weather leadership transitions with grace and clarity.

For donors: I offer over a decade of experience and relationships in the political organizing space and in progressive philanthropy. Firm footing in each bucket gives me a fresh, pragmatic, forward-thinking perspective on giving, particularly for donors who want to maximize the longevity and impact of their gifts and move the needle on issues that matter for all Americans. I also specialize in political giving in the South.
